At Mogacho, we make small-batch chocolate with care and intention. Because chocolate is a perishable food product, we have a limited return/refund policy.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:

• damaged

• melted beyond usability

• or incorrect

please write to us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@mogacho.com with:

• your order number

• clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is verified, we’ll offer a credit on a future order, at our discretion.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ship with thermal insulation promptly, delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.
