maker's Note
Tried something this time: infused kokum rind to pull out its flavor into the chocolate. Didn't really work. the kokum ghosted us halfway through. The chocolate itself? still really good. can you taste the kokum? not really. Putting it up anyway. still good chocolate, and we'd rather show the misses too, not just the wins.

Our single-origin terroir bars are made with just two ingredients — cacao and unrefined cane sugar. No additional cocoa butter or lecithin.
